大廈法團或管理組織內部會計審核internal audit for building management committee or organization
背景Background
財務報表的審計 financial statement auditing
審計(Auditing)工作自在 讓核數師(Auditor)就法團的財務報表是否妥為擬備提供意見, 以真實中肯地反映該法團在財務報表的結算日期 當日 的 財務往來及財務狀況, 由於審計(Auditing)工作不包括以下服務:
1 就法團的帳簿和記錄 以及財務報表內的指定部分作出調查i.e. No investigation on records
2 就內部監管及招標程序提供意見i.e. No comment on internal control and tender procedures
3 進行內部檢討 i.e. No internal review of the organization及
4 提供 稅務諮詢服務 i.e. No taxation advisory service
由於核數師 的工作不包 以上四點 ,所以 可聘請 「物業管理會計師 」處理 這些工作 以防止 管理上 出現舞弊 及 避免 不合理的開支!
本公司 物業管理會計師 嘗試 提供 一項新式服務 為〈大廈法團或組織會計 文件 的內部審核〉 以便完成以上主要第一 項的不足的地方
