Work of property management accountants
The scope of work of a building management accountant depends on the mode of employment either " full-time or part-time" Most large organizations have employed general accountants other than experienced property management accountants to deal with the accounting matters of the property under their management .
Small and medium building management organizations usually assign the accounting work to their clerical or property management staff that may not have sufficient accounting and property management experience to develop effective financial records for the decision of stake holders.
